Canadian-born Erin appeared on stage for the first time at the age of 13 and has been in more than a dozen shows since.  She studied theatre and performance at Toronto's York University and Humber College.  Since arriving in Paris 6 years ago, she has been very active in improvisational theatre and theatre for young audiences.  She'ss an actress/director with Drama Ties,  an educational-based theatre company teaching drama to French students and performing in the company's shows. She's also acting in student film projects at the international film school, EICAR.  She hopes to continue expanding her experience here in Paris and is excited to be involved in the launch of Theatre du Monde's screenplay readings.

American-born Diane has been in France for 10 years. She's appeared on stage, in films, and in commercials both here and in the US. Recently, she was asked to consult on a new HBO project, THE PACIFIC, based on the true life story of Diane's uncle, a World War II hero. THE PACIFIC's executive producers are Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg and Gary Goetzman. The series is scheduled to air in 2009.

Beverly Cottmann reading the role of Velma Washington

Beverly Cottmann,  a retired educator, has been a performing storyteller for years.  Although she often performs storytelling  for purely entertainment purposes, she also gives workshops using storytelling as a vehicle and tool for exploring cultural history and unfamiliar aspects of culture.  In addition, Beverly holds workshops within major corporations to help them with team building and cultural diversity. She finds that teaching storytelling in the workplace often results in increased self-esteem among employees  Beverly now speaks and performs internationally.

Kim has been seen on and off stage as an actor, dancer, director and choreographer. She most recently appeared as Esther in MEN!!!, a role she created with the Compagnie de Cedre, at various theatres in Paris. In the USA Kim performed in a variety of regional theatres in the northeast and in the streets as part of a traveling dance and puppet troupe. She won the Best Supporting Actress award at the Pocono Mountains Film Festival for her performance in the feature-length film ANKLE BRACELET. Kim performed in the Avignon Off Festival twice, has been in countless staged readings and short films in Paris, and does voice-overs and film dubbing as well as translating and copywriting.

Originally from England, Stephanie has been resident in Paris since 1989. She studied with a French drama school and various English-speaking acting  coaches (the Bilingual Acting Workshop, Bernard Hiller in Los Angeles, etc.). She has appeared in several films and her many stage appearances include the New York 2003 Fringe Festival, the Avignon festival, and a number of  productions in Paris, in both English and French. Roles in English include: Arabella in "Roleplay", Margaret Haddrell in "Dead Guilty", Mrs. Arbuthnot in “A Woman of No Importance”, Lady Bracknell in “The Importance of Being Earnest”, Hermia in  "Midsummer Night's Dream" and Aegeon in "Comedy of Errors". She created and runs “Moving Parts”, the playreading workshop for authors writing in English and French. (www.scamparis.com)

Vivienne is an actress, voice artist, writer, and teacher with more than twenty years experience both in her native Great Britain, and in France. Theatre credits include: COME AND GO (Petit Hébertot, Paris) THE COMEDY OF ERRORS  (Jardin de Shakespeare),  Sandra in ZIGGER ZAGGER (National Youth Theatre, England), Abigail in THE CRUCIBLE (Durham Theatre) TALKING HEADS (Théâtre des Déchargeurs, Paris), BLOOD WEDDING and SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER (Edinburgh Festival), MACBETH (Café de la Gare, Paris). Film credits include: THE RED FOX (BBC), LORD BYRON IS DEAD (Pipeline), and BELPHEGOR. Vivienne has published three collections of poetry and has performed her work in international poetry festivals. She's won the Mail on Sunday novel-writing competition and the Piccadilly Poets’ award.  She is currently writing her first novel, which is set in Transylvania at the turn of the century, and is the co-author of a documentary film, broadcast on Canal Plus, based on the life of her father: JANVIER 1940: LA PORTE ETROITE DE MIKLOS VERMES.
